The project began with comprehensive research to unearth insights and establish a strong foundation for the subsequent phases of the brand refresh. We conducted in-depth research that honed in on three key research goals: evaluating the current perception of KYFS, exploring how existing stakeholders interacted, and identifying barriers to navigating and understanding KYFS. The research results paved the way for comprehensive deliverables. The project's outcome included the creation of a comprehensive brand and communications guide, a storytelling/resource hub, a website audit, and the development of a KYFS ambassador toolkit.
results
The research-guided brand refresh and unification project achieved remarkable outcomes, including clear and consistent messaging, a resource hub which serves as a valuable resource for conveying mission and impact, and an ambassador toolkit for stakeholders to effectively represent and advocate for KYFS. This project exemplified our ability to address organizational challenges, promote brand cohesion, and unify a fragmented organization. The deliverables and insights gained from our research have positioned KYFS for greater success in serving its clients and community while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
